Tromso's whale watching cruises offer excellent opportunities for spotting Arctic wildlife. Humpback whales, orcas and seals regularly frequent the fjords and bays around this stretch of Norwegian coastline, and sea eagles with wingspans of up to 2.5 metres soar dramatically overhead.

Although the whale season starts at the end of October and finishes in January, this trip can be enjoyed year round. The fjord scenery is magical, and your expert hosts will be on hand to pick out the local wildlife, with a particular focus on those spectacular sea eagles. And remember, there's also the option of getting closer with a RIB small-boat cruise.
