Eat
All meals are served at the Panorama Restaurant, which offers both a buffet service and multi-course fine dining, served against a beautiful backdrop of snow-laden forests. Dishes are crafted with seasonal Lappish ingredients while incorporating elements of refined Mediterranean cuisine. Think fresh Arctic char infused with wild herbs, or hand-made pasta with mushrooms foraged from the nearby forests. There’s also the possibility to rent out the Lumo Kota (a traditional Lappish hut) for private dining.
Sleep
There are 34 Panorama Chalets, crafted with logs from Tervola in Finnish Lapland. Their sleek, timber-clad interiors blend traditional Nordic charm with modern comforts, and all feature floor-to-ceiling windows facing the surrounding forests. They come with double or twin beds, plush bathrobes and slippers, complimentary premium toiletries and an optional Northern Lights alert service. In addition, there are three Polar Chalets, which come with a Northern Lights kit on arrival, consisting of a thermal blanket, Kupilka cups, hand and feet warmers, hot chocolate and marshmallows – everything you need to keep you warm and comfortable while waiting patiently for the aurora to make an appearance. There are also three Romance Chalets, which come with roses, candles, champagne and handmade chocolates on arrival, along with one complimentary champagne breakfast and a private sauna session during your stay.
