At Restaurant Andrine, menus showcase the best of the region's produce with fish caught fresh from the fjord a particular highlight. Restaurant Charlotte is another excellent option, with the nightly Alexandra Buffet serving everything from entrecôte, lambchops and marinated pork to marinated salmon, monkfish, scampi and scallops. If you're staying for two nights, it's well worth reserving a table at both.
