Day 1 » Fly to Rovaniemi
Departing the UK, you’ll board a flight to Rovaniemi in the heart of Finnish Lapland. Upon arriving in the capital of Lapland, your driver will welcome you at the airport, driving you away from the city lights to the edge of Lake Olkkajärvi, the idyllic setting of Apukka Resort, in the middle of authentic Lappish nature. Then, it’s time to check in and settle down to your spectacular glass igloo accommodation. Make sure you download your Aurora Alert Service app at reception to receive real time updates on when the Northern Lights are visible in the sky.

Day 2 » Northern Lights tour by car
After waking up in your cosy glass igloo, enjoy a wholesome and filling breakfast, ready for a day of adventures. The afternoon is free for you to pick from a number of available excursions. Select anything from fat biking or trekking in the forests, to a husky ride on wheels or a visit to Korouoma canyon. Whichever you pick, you'll be sure to witness the best of the autumnal nature of Lapland. This evening, join an included Northern Lights excursion as you travel across the polar landscape by car in search of the best locations to spot the aurora borealis with your knowledgable guide.

Day 3 » Finnish sauna & Jacuzzi
After another delicious breakfast, pick from a number of available adventures this afternoon. Perhaps opt to delve into Lappish lifestyle on an authentic cultural tour. Or maybe you'd rather spend the afternoon visiting the nature wildlife park, home to over 200 arctic animals. Today, we have also included a full Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi programme. For Finnish people, the sauna is almost sacred. It's a place where you make new friends, have important business meetings, or just simply relax for hours in a row. The temperature, the humidity level, and the atmosphere are different in each sauna. Don't take our word for it, try it out yourself with the guidance of a sauna host. Afterwards, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Jacuzzi - with a good luck, maybe you even catch the Northern lights.
