This cosy log cabin pairs classic Lappish looks – it even has a private yard with its own herd of reindeer – with a whole host of top-class amenities to ensure a truly luxurious and indulgent stay, including a sauna, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a fireplace and access to toboggans and snowshoes.
You’ll also be equipped with ultra-warm winter clothing designed to ensure maximum comfort while enjoying outdoor activities in the Arctic wilderness. Day 2 » Snowmobile safari
After breakfast, it’s time to get ready for a thrilling adventure in the wilderness of Finnish Lapland as you whizz across frozen marshlands and through snow-blanketed forests by snowmobile. Whether you’re an experienced snowmobile driver or you’re getting to grips with it for the very first time, you’ll be accompanied by expert guides who’ll be on-hand with guidance every step of the way to ensure you have the best time possible. Children can join the fun, too, travelling in a covered, heated pod that’s pulled by the guides. There will be stops along the way, along with lunch, sweet treats and hot drinks to keep you going.
Afterwards, you’ll return to the warmth of the lodge with time to unwind before heading out for dinner at a restaurant in Levi, again with a strong focus on quality Arctic ingredients and local culinary traditions.

Day 3 » Husky safari
Another equally exhilarating adventure lies in wait today, as you’ll be picked up from your lodge and taken to a family-owned husky farm. Here, you’ll be taught the art of ‘mushing’ in preparation for heading out into the enchanting Lappish wilderness once more, this time by husky sled – a truly magical experience, allowing you to take in the scenery at a more leisurely pace than snowmobiling. Typically, one person drives the sled while the other person sits; there will be an opportunity to switch roles along the way, along with a stop for a hot juice and a comforting snack.
You’ll then head back to the lodge for some relaxation time. Tonight, dinner is served in the delightful surroundings of your traditional Lappish hut, where you’ll be welcomed by the crackling sound of a roaring open fire and the enticing scent of smoked salmon wafting through the air.

Day 4 » Northern Lights hunt or elves experience
You have a couple of different options today. If you’re fancying a healthy dose of festive cheer, you could embark on a magical journey into the world of the elves, visiting the hidden homes of these mythical creatures, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet the elves, write a letter to Santa and treat your tastebuds to some delicious gingerbread. This is a perfect option for families (though anyone is welcome) and includes lunch at a local restaurant.
Alternatively, you could spend the day at leisure, enjoying the fabulous amenities of your lodge and having fun in the snow, before venturing out on a Northern Lights hunt in the evening. You’ll need a little luck with the conditions, as an appearance is never guaranteed, but your expert guide will do everything possible to find a prime viewing spot should the aurora be active, visiting multiple locations to maximise your chances. Professional photography guidance and equipment is provided, allowing you to capture the spectacular phenomenon should it make an appearance.
